Assembly Instructions (Before First Use)

1. Bend the upper pad gently to an appropriate angle so it aligns with the desired slot on the base.
   
2. Adjust one side of the upper pad and carefully fit it into the selected slot.
   
3. Adjust the other side of the upper pad and align it securely into the matching slot.
   
4. Ensure both sides are firmly locked before use and select your preferred stretch level (Level 1, 2, or 3).

For Back Stretching (Lying Down)

1. Choose your comfort level (Level 1, 2, or 3) based on preferred stretch intensity.
   
2. Place the stretcher on a flat surface such as the floor, yoga mat, or firm bed.
   
3. Position your lower back gently over the curved section of the stretcher.
   
4. Lie down slowly and relax for around 5–10 minutes to help stretch and release back tension.
   
5. Use regularly once or twice daily for better comfort, flexibility, and posture support.
   

For Sitting Support (Chair or Car)

1. Place or secure the stretcher against the backrest of your chair or car seat.
   
2. Align it with your lumbar/lower back area for comfortable support.
   
3. Sit comfortably while working, studying, driving, gaming, or relaxing.
